+ Merchandise that has been worn, washed, altered, dry cleaned, damaged, or monogrammed CAN NOT be returned or exchanged.
+ Merchandise in its original condition,with tags attached, must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
+ Refunds will be issued in the manner in which the merchandise was sold.
+ Special orders not paid for must be picked up within 30 days of notification or merchandise will be returned to stock.
+ Special orders that have been paid for must be picked up within 90 days of notification or the merchandise will be returned to stock without a refund.
+ We reserve the right to refuse any refunds or exchanges.
+ All Phoebe employees who are payroll deducting MUST have their Phoebe I.D. present at each point of sale. NO EXPECTIONS WILL BE MADE.
+ Employees can only deduct $400 during each billing cycle.
+ New employees can only deduct $200 during each billing cycle.
+ If you would like to know how much you can payroll deduct or why you on the ineligible list, please call Phoebe payroll. We do not have that information
+ Merchandise being monogrammed must be paid for in advance.
+ Items monogrammed cannot be returned or excahnged
+ Items monogrammed with company logo must follow the company guidelines
+ All sales are final for monnogrammed merchandise
+ Depending on the design, addition set up fee may be required
Phoebe Monogramming
+ All Phoebe labcoats and jackets must follow Phoebe guidelines. If you would like something on your labcoat or jacket that is not on the approved list, you will need to call Phoebe Marketing to get approval. We are unable to do this.
